We have stayed at this hotel several times, and have always found it to be a nice place to stay.

Location! Hotel was located near the major interest points.

It did not have a self service laundry room.

However, because I had small children with me, I had the need for a self served laundry room which this hotel lacked. I highly suggest that the management should put in this much needed service.

It was centrally located, both near downtown and the beach and boardwalk area.

The check in person was a little curt and not very friendly.

This hotel was ok, but nothing above ordinary. The person who checked me in was less then friendly, and was obviously annoyed when I didn't hear her request my name. The hotel was close to both the beach boardwalk area, and downtown. Unfortunately it was near the south end of Pacific Avenue, which is the main street through the downtown mall, and that end of the mall is kind of gritty and unkempt, and could be uncomfortable to walk through for some. ...read more
